Jeanne Stafford’s Networking Dinner with Mike Stafford

staffordThe first person to teach me about networking was doing it long before it was called networking. The people in his “network” were the people he developed relationships with and whose company he enjoyed. He had a common bond with these people over the law, sports, news, politics, charity, mentoring, tennis, golf, faith and family.

This inspiration for networking and relationship building was my father, Michael P. Stafford.  Mike Stafford has been a sportswriter, a political reporter and an editor for UPI; an executive assistant to New York State Senator John Dunne and the director of communications for New York State Chief Judge Charles Breitel and then for Governor mike staffordMalcolm Wilson and a corporate relations executive working with clients like Coca-Cola.

What a great training ground for a guy who decided to make his longest running career in law where he established a real estate and trusts and estates practice. I’ve always hoped that his clients realized how lucky they were to have someone with such a rich background guiding them on the biggest decisions in their lives.

It is with pleasure that I enter year five of Jeanne Stafford’s Networking Dinner with a guest speaker who is my greatest inspiration and teacher in network relationship building, my dad.

Please join me on Wednesday, January 27th for a very special evening and for networking counsel you will not find anywhere else!

He will answer:

What are the 3 most valuable things we can do to build and maintain a strong network?

You will connect with inspiring fellow New Yorkers and leave with tools to think bigger in every space you enter!

Jeanne Stafford’s Networking Dinners bring together women and men from diverse personal and professional backgrounds.
